The learning, teaching or training activity in Vienna, Austria from 19th to 23th September is a 5 day interactive training workshop (30 hours in total) for adult educators/trainers and migrant support workers on how to use the project’s methodology from PR1: “FLOURISHING: Online Learning Platform” to develop their pedagogical practices, especially in regards to intergenerational learning. 

Two Adult Educators and/or non-formal trainers for adult learners per partner country (France, Cyprus, Greece, Austria and Italy) will attend the workshop and will be introduced to the project’s methodology.

The goal of this training workshop is to gather a small group of adult educators who will draw and share experiences, engage in interactive activities as well as test and validate the methodology and e- learning platform of PR1, providing feedback for its improvement.The focus of the training will be:
a) developing the pedagogical knowledge and skills of adult educators/trainers in the themes of inclusivity and diversity in relation to intergenerational learning and cultural heritage maintenance
b) strengthening their digital readiness and digital tools to facilitate learning and competency;
c) building capacity of adult educators to include pedagogical activities;
d) to be well-versed in the implementation of local activities, where they will have the opportunity to not only participate but also practically apply the knowledge from the training.

The training will be delivered in English.  The travel, accommodation and food costs will be covered by the project.
