It was time to meet again!

In January 2023, the partners of FLOURISH CENTERS met in Pau hosted By Pistes Solidaires, coordinator of the project.

This meeting was very important for the flow of the project because it was set in a very strategic moment of the project’s timeline: Between the finalization of the e-learning platform and the set-up of the Affinity Spaces between seniors and young people.

Concerning the Affinity Spaces, each partner has elaborated a local action plan in order to gather 8 seniors with 8 young people to exchange together about the local cultural heritage and create videos for the final step of the project: The Live Exhibition Space.

A few of us came up with a plan to organize a series of sessions where seniors and young people will meet over several weeks, discover together the local heritage and then decide what they would like to present in their videos.

Some of us planned to collaborate with the adult educators who took part to the training of trainers. Adult educators, seniors and young people will meet for a full-day event, implementing a cultural workshop.

Others had another idea about implementing the affinity spaces during traditional cultural heritage events of their cities.
